How long does it take to process an order?
The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 1-2 days for processing.
We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location, if you live in the USA or Canada you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii or the UK. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.
Custom orders take 4-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Preacha.com is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Preacha.com is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase
